Let the Indian man talk for a while and after he "transfered" me to a manager (obviously passed the phone to somebody sitting next to him) I started pretending that the phone was breaking up. Somehow both people could be heard on the line "hello? Hello? Hello?" Let them go on like that for about a solid minute before I lost it and started laughing and hung up.
when I answered, I got a voice filled with some kind of static. Within 4 seconds, I was disconnected. I looked up the number and found this site. I blocked the caller on my iPhone. Hope that does the trick.
Got several calls from this # telling me my PC is sending messages to Microsoft. When I asked which one of my 5 PC's it was they hung up.
