I received a call about the middle of Jul 2011 from a man stating that he is with State Financial Investgation Dept and that I had a legal complaint filed against my name and my SSN - he only had the last 4, which I believe he had to have somehow received by a payday loan co. US Payday Loans???? My name and my phone #. I ignored him because I new he was running a scam. He stated that his name is officer Jason Corner, and that I was to call him immediately to resolve this matter before he turns it over to the court system. He stated that I would be in serious trouble, not to mention destroying my name, my credit, and that I would also be fired from my job. I know for a fact that he was lying. These payday loan companies are giving out our information to each other, or selling it to each other. The interest rates are anywhere from approx 250% to 950%, this should deffinetely be made illegal. A $300.00 Dollar loan could end up costing you $900.00 Dollars. The United States Attorney General should put a stop to this!!!! If you don't pay them they try to ruin your credit. Every one of them that I have talked to are all foreigners and can barely speak english. The United Govt/U.S. Attorney General should investigate all of them, seize their records and shut them down. These people are truly stealing from the American People, and it seems that the pray on the poor that may never get out from under these loans. This is kind of like THEFT BY TRICKERY and if it cant be called this legally some law must be being broke because these people are conning MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM US HARD WORKING AMERICANS. PROBABLY TO SUPPORT TERRORISM BY TERRORIST. THESE ARE TERRORIST STEELING OUR MONEY AND THEN TAKING IT TO KILL US!!!!!!!!!PLEASE U.S. GOVERNMENT STOP THESE PEOPLE PROMOTING PAY DAYS LOANS ON THE COMPUTER AND RELIEVE ALL AMERICANS OF ANY BALANCE LEFT DUE.
