Same as others, sometimes I mess with them and keep them busy as long as possible and others I just tell them I do not even have a computer, they are simply scam fools.
They called me today too and said that I have been approved for a loan. I realized right away this is a scam and decided to play a long a little
I was advised to go on a website to complete the application as they do not want me to give out any personal information over the phone. Of course you do not want to go to any suspicious website as you don’t know how they can track what’s on your computer. However, I’ll play along for a bit.. Will see how long they will last.
About a year ago these guys would call you and tell you that you owe for a loan that you never paid back and you will be arrested within a few days if you don’t pay. Now they came up with another idea… These little busy bees in India

This was "Microsoft" calling with an "Administrative Events" scam. I got a call from a "senior supervisor" with a company he said was Group Resolve, the "technical department for all of Microsoft." My phone said the call was from Washington, but when the "Senior Supervisor" came on he said they were in Knoxville Tennessee. They said they had received an online message from my Windows 7 operating system that I had a serious problem on my computer. They painstakingly tried to describe how I could get a bad piece of software from the internet. The sounded stupid and unprofessional. They all had thick South Asian accents I had difficulty understanding. They showed me how to get to my administrative events window, with lots of "Error!" messages in red. They warned me NOT to click on any of these because it could crash my computer. I was suspicious and asked more questions. Another even higher supervisor came on and started the whole rigmarole again. I finally asked him, What do you want me to do. I kept repeating this, and he finally hung up. This was approximately 1:30 pm today. I Googled "administrative events scam" and got a useful explanation of what they were trying to do. Don't fall for it. Apparently Microsoft never calls you.
