Once again this man with a VERY thick Indian accent contacted me and said that he was calling about a loan that I had defaulted on. I told him that I do not have any loans currently and he has the wrong person. I again asked who he was and what company he was with. He hung up on me. This has happened at least once a month since June this year. The area code is the same, but this time the Google search said it was from Washington State. Prior phone number searches showed New York, New York and Washington D.C. I have reported this to the local authorities.
I also got a call today from an andrew mcdonald, which he is hard to understand!!!! I called hiim back and he said its for my sister and if I do not have her call them back i could be arrested because she gave me as a reference!! I called my sister she called and like many of u before it was the same some payday loan and she owed $260 and if she didnt pay it she would be arrested. She hung up on them because they could not give her any information. They called back and left a message that if she didnt call back in 10 mins. cops would be at her door in a half hour....well its been an hour!!! They used a different number which was....206-567-2118. What a joke!!! Do they think ppl would really fall for this!!! Get a job and make your money legally!!!
Andrew McDonald (206-567-2955) who claims to be the REAL representative of USA Fastcash and Cashnet USA and many others. First call received Jan. 31, 2012 and I was told if I sent $552 via Western Union (to Jack Yates in Bountsville, AL) this matter would be settled against my name. He then continued to call and said that I owed an additional $1200 to his companies and anyone else contacting me is a fraud. He kept calling me every day at my job and on my cell phone. I continually questioned him, and he told me to "act like a lady" and we basically just went around in circles every time he called. It got to the point where I wanted to piss him off as much as he was pissing me off and I called him a slew of names such as Slumdog Millionare and told him he was just jealous because he wished he could be American (and NO, I am not in the habit of being a bigot or saying things like this to people from ANY country). That finally made him mad enough....he said "F**k you, stupid stupid girl!" and hung up. He tried to call me again a few weeks ago, and I told him he had a lot of nerve for calling again and he denied ever having called me before!! I told him I'd see him at the courthouse (as he'd threatened me several times before), because they'd have some handcuffs there for HIS [***]! I haven't heard from him again....yet.
It's a long, on-going scam...they have been calling me for the past 3 or 4 years, always in July. It's usy a guy with a heavy Indian accent with a typical American name, this year he was "Andrew McDonald". He always tells me that he is from a law firm or some sort of Government agency and that they are either filing criminal charges or some type of lawsuit from a payday loan in 2008 (I believe last year it was 2006). Total scam...now these people can be very scary and threatening, but the law does not work the way these people say. I call the FBI, the Secret Service, and the Federal Trade Comission every year when I get my call, because somehow these people hacked into something and have a lot of info on me. They will yell and scream at you and use lots of big words, but they are a complete fraud!
