Yeah, I actually got a voice mail from this guy the day before you posted this. He sounded Indian, said his name was Tom Williams, and claimed that he was in some sort of federal law enforcement agency and I need to get back to him soon because the matter was "time sensitive". Have gotten calls exactly like this before and they all turned out to be scams.
