Caller called last night and again this afternoon, left a 5 second recording where nothing was audible.  I don't know anyone in this area

Has called me three times, one in the afternoon yesterday, one in the evening, and one just 5 minutes ago. Don't know anyone from the area

I received a call at 6PM ET on 09/01/2015 and did not answer it, but I called the number back and it was an automated attendant instructing me how to opt out of telemarketer calls.

14 calls in 2 days... after screaming with dude to leave me alone

They may have broken the law with that many calls. There is a limit and they can be prosecuted, check with your local law. As well if you are on your stats 'Do Not Call List' report this number and they will be fined. That amount of calls is harassment. God bless!
