Who called from 2067082849

Just another number added to my blocked call list.

I just got a call from this number at 3:30 AM  Woke us up,  Said "we regret to inform you that your prepaid debit card has been locked"  to press some number for more information

he said he was calling from publisher clearing house and that I was in the drawing for one million dollars and more prizes.He said in order to be eligible I had to pay shipping charges for some magazines.
Of course I hang up . It sounded like a scam/
Phone number is disconnected.

I always get calls for this number but they never answer and when I call back they say that number doesn't exist

Thanks to Caller ID, I never answer these calls.  If it turns out to be legit, I can always call back.  This one rang once and stopped before it got to voice mail.
