I just got a call from these people telling me that I am getting a government grant and to go pick it up at Walmart. But first that want me to call 202 684 6332 for more instructions.
I just answered this call. They asked if I was still receiving mail at my address (they knew my address). I asked where she was calling from and she just repeated the question. When I said that I would answer her when she answered me, she said "then the calls will just continue"
A guy with heavy foreign accent left the following message:

"This message is intended for J shack(?) hi James this is officer John Smith calling you from the tax crime investigation unit on the IRS Internal Revenue Service is delighted second you receive this message I need you or your retain attorney off record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive for you. Andy hotline to my division is 3478177700. I repeat it's 3478177700. Don't try to disregard this message and do return the call. Now James. If you failed to return the call at this number. Sorry if I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is I will wish you a good luck as the legal situation badly unfolds on you. So then(?) goodbye and have a great day...."
One message a day from different number... There is no shortage of stupids... LOL!!!
