Says "Inknown name" Female asked for person-when told she would have to leave a message she said "No message" but you could tell she was in a call center and was typing 'no message' into the computer. She then asked if a 'wife' was available when told no, she repeated no wife while tying into the computer. Then she said she would call back.
A woman called me from this number today, Sat., 05/24/2008, at 8:25 am. She began asking me to verify my personal info without identifying herself. I asked who she was. She was representing Cap One credit collection services and wanted to make payment arrangements. Since I'm disabled and can no longer make the payments for these past two yrs and have been relentlessly hounded by Cap One, I lost it. I've reported them, all five, to the Better Business Bureau in each city, and all to the Do Not Call Registry. This usually works for a time. And then Cap One hires a new dog, and it begins again.
