Just another bottom feeding debt collection agency that buys up old debt and harasses people with endless telephone calls. It doesn't matter if you're not even the person who owes the debt, they'll keep hounding you anyway and that may be the point of their scam -- to get people who pay who don't know any better. I guess there's a reason there are so many of theses scumbag collectors in business. Just put them on call block and ignore them.
