I rec'd a call from an "Officer Adam Webster" of the IRS warning me to return the call... or have my attorney return the call to avoid unknown repercussions! This is clearly a scam as the IRS would never call you... they communicate by mail only. The tone of the call is very threatening and could cause some gullible people to respond to the intimidating tactics. If you receive such a call do not respond, but please report it to donotcall.gov.
I got a phone call from this number, too. They claim to be from IRS. This is a scam for sure. It also sounds ridiculous when they wish you good luck if you don't call them back.
