Caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME". We did not answer so they left a voicemail. It was a 'femaleish' computer generated voice in broken English. (LOL there's your first clue!) "The reason of this call is to inform you that irs is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file please call immediately on our department number 206-900-9172. I repeat 206-900-9172. Thank you."

The real IRS is a cartel of bandits, thugs, and thieves, but they don't operate this way. LOL!!!
Same as everyone else. Recorded message telling me that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. I guess this lawsuit can go on the stack with the other lawsuit they are filing against me.
Same as other comments here. Claiming to be from the IRS and that the IRS is suing me. Said this was my last notice and to call 206-900-9172. Coincidentally (or not) have had 3 calls since yesterday and they began when I searched the IRS site for whether pension benefits are taxable. An hour later the calls began showing up. I let them go to VM but it's a hassle since I can't block them.
