left a message saying that a crimal lawsuit was filed with the case number CH 76295 and wanted a call back from me or my lawyer when I called the number it just rang it was a recording and if no one calls back all they can do is wish me Good luck as it unfolds
Wishing "luck as the situation unfolds upon you" is a dusty talkoff phrase, used for several years by lazy South Asian criminals chasing bogus payday loan debts. Rather than keep this the last word, victims are meant to let the thug's absurd threats sink in, then call back in a panic with an open checkbook.
The luck wishing has been heard in the past couple years from fake tax debt creeps, suggesting that the same call center jockeys or their pals are recycling the same ruses under a different premise. But the general idea is to pay up before terrible things happen, which of course they never will.

Scammers continuing to pose as IRS agents - 29 May 2014

I too received this call requiring me to call 509-392-5106 immediately about a criminal charge against me. It is just like the many calls I have received by the "IRS" trying to get me to send money. Somehow I guess we were just lucky enough to get on the list!! They are crafty and I guess if you get one dummy a day to send you money, it was worth it. The original call came from an 800 number
I too received this message today regarding criminal charges; CH76295; attorney needs to contact 202-899-9017; wishing me luck; no answer when I tried to call back.
