All phone numbers are recycled. No one gets rid of a number without a good reason since it a pain in the butt to notify everyone. So now you know why the former owners got rid of that number.
Call every hour for days. Changing the reason why I have"free" money. Really?
One time student loans, one time IRS government funds, one time money that I could use for "better me porpose".
I tell them I will use it to hire a hit man to kill my husband and collect on a 100,000 life insurance policy. They told me, ok.
I heard if you keep them on the phone for 2 minutes, they lose 87$ every time. And if we all did this, they would be out of business in 2 weeks.

The people making these calls are probably in India, Pakistan, or Indonesia.
They are not making anywhere near "American minimum wage" at all.
Called, left no message. I called back again, "Joe Anderson" (LMFAO) was calling to give me a $9k grant, because I'm such a great person. LOL SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
