They called and I answered but they didn't say anything. Probably cause I hang up on them and my roommate is an elderly altzheimer man who will fall for any ploy and talk to anybody. I called them back and got a recording saying that number not in service! OK????!!!! Wth
Received a call on Friday, $9,000.00 grant but they wanted my bank account number. I laughed and they hung up.
Received a call today and they said the could send it to western union but I had to pay $210.00 or they could mail it to my house for $50.00 or a CVS card, I said NO NO NO and they hung up. accent difficult to understand

A person with a heavy India accent called and claimed I need to put internet anti virus on my computer and instructed me to go to my computer, last week the same company called and claimed the bbb has instructed them to refund me 359 dollars from when I paid them before. And yes before they scammed me, yes they got me 3 years ago, convinced me my email was taken over and people have made 7 variations of my email and all are asking people for money and that I will be held responsible and end up arrested if I do not allow them remote access. Fell for it then, yes I'm embarrassed but want people to know the tactics they use to scare you and con you to give them remote access and your money. Now I just hand my phone to my adult sons, so they can tell them off, etc.
Got a call last night from 206-973-7917 telling me my computer and internet were down & they wanted to help. Told to go to my computer, turn it on and they will help. I needed some fun and said it couldn't be me they wanted. Oh, yes, Janett. But my computer is at a shop being repaired and the internet is down 'cause of the terrible snowstorm here. The stupid guy asked me if I'm sure about this. In the background my husband is laughing too loud & the caller wants to know what's going on. I say, " You've been scammed!"
