Received 2 calls stating they're going to investigate me. Gave case number for pending matters! Seems like a scam they don't even say who they're calling for or better yet who they are! I'm thinking scam will not call back!

These are illegal scam. Do NOT provide any personal info such as name/ssn/bday/address/or bank account info! The call is to gather more information from you or potentially ask for money.
They are calling from invalid/spoofed out telephone numbers and they can change and call you again from a different number.
These are FAKE/HARASSING collections agents tied to an agency that is notorious for using horrible techniques to collect on what is called 'ghost debit'. Debit that is long dead according to the law but the catch is that if you admit you owe...they will reactivate the claim. As someone said below: These are illegal scam.
