Calls my cell twice a day (sometimes more) however does not leave a message. Assuming it's a telemarketer.

I just got a call today from this # and it did not leave message, so assuming a telemarketer. I thought they were not allowed to call cell phones?

I just received a call from this number again, I received another call from this same number a month ago. I believe it's a telemarketer or scammer.

They called me and left no message

This number called me and left no message, So I called them back and all they said was "Yes" when I said hello. Then they just sat there in silence listening to me breathe and asking them who they were. I'm a little creeped out.
