WTF I got the #442074121069 on my cell too. I fukig answer the phone, does anyone knows if this does something to your cell. It looks likke a number that could do something. The call was weird nobody talked,like 4s silence, then just hang up.

I also got this phone number with the +44 prefix. I did not answer it since I was unavailable to take the call (out of reception), and they did not leave a message. Googled and ran across this board.
Just got a call from 442074121069 on my cell - did not answer, they left no message. Googled it and found this site, and followed above instructions to report to donotcall.gov. Thanks for the tip!
