A recording said that they could reduce my interest rate on my credit cards. it said to press 1 to continue and 2 to end call. I pressed one and when the man answered the call I asked what company this was and they said they could service all major credit cards. I said I had no card and he asked why I pressed 1 and said good bye. He did not give me a chance to reply anything.
