I always receive the calls around 10:30 PM -11:00 PM, there is no message, just silence.

received a call from this number, was dead silence at first then faintly heard some female with an Asian accent trying to say "Hi" or "Hello"...then dead silence again.

did a reverse phonebook lookup thru Google and found this information from this phone number that called my cell...
