Got a call from the above number.  Recording saying this was my last chance to get a lower interest rate on my credit card and to press a certain number (forgotten which one now.  James came on the line and said "This is James.  How may I help you.  What is your name?" or something to that affect.  I told him I was eerie about this call and told him that he had called me and to tell me my name.  He repeated his routine and again I asked him to tell me who I was.  He kept repeating his lines and I told him that my husband was a police officer and I was reporting him. Tomorrow I will get things rolling. He was very rude.
