Who called from 2074647563

I've gotten calls from 44 207 461 8904  and from 44 207 4070223- both on my cell phone. I tried to report it as my number is on the Do Not Call list, but being an international number I couldn't. So far only have gotten the two a week apart.

"Hello this is Heather from Account Services calling in regard to your existing credit card accounts...."

I recieved a call that sounded just like this from 44 207 461 8904 om my cell phone. They did't say what credit card company they were calling from. The number is a central london prefix

I just received a call from 44-207-461-8904.  They didn't leave a message, but immediately looked it up on google and found this group.

Wow, I received a call from this number 44 207-461-8904 about a minute after the last person.. I Googled the number and found this list also.
