Computer generated call regarding lowering my interest rates.  Told to push the #1 button to find out more information. When #1 is pushed gentleman comes in, speaking rapidly requesting my phone number and verifying that I pushed #1. I told him "yes if it is in regard to an account I already have open."  He said "yes it absolutely was." Then he wanted my name.  I asked "don't you already have that information since you just called me?" He replied "no  we are just the verifiers." I asked him the name of the company I was speaking with. He replied "CIS Inc."  I gave him my telephone number but was disconnected.
