I have been receiving calls from these people for several months.
The odd thing: My Embarq caller ID on the phone says the number that is calling is 207-478-1839 yet my Embarq voice mail says the number is 442-074-781839. Appears as though some company has done something to mask their number? Is this a way to get around the do not call registry?
keep receiving calls from this #... it states to lower my interest rate stay online and push 1 or to opt out push 2. I pushed 2 several days in a row.. Today I pushed 1 to speak with someone and after told them what was going on and give me somone in
charge.. Hung up.. then i hit redial.. some lady comes on phone states she keeps getting calls from people that has tied her
phone .. sd she is a realtor.. she just kept going on and on said she has called the Attorney General.. Advised I was going to do the same. I finally hung up on her also because thought it was strange and I didnt actually know where I called and if I was being charged... This is some type of scame!!!!!!
