I received an unwanted call and they did not leave a voicemail.

Got a call, never pick up unknown's anyway - no message left

called and didn't leave message, caller from Caribou Maine

Shows up on Caller ID as "Educate USA."  They claim to be following up on information someone requested for college funding (complete BS as no one in my house is/will be going to college right now).  Very insistent about "someone" requesting this information.
