Just received...same as above. Comes in as 207-805-8494 United Breast C. Wasn't going to answer but then thought maybe my drs/lab call, so I answered. Voice said "[my firstname]?" I replied "Yes, this is she". Then they hung up. So now in a panic with my "Yes.." response hoping it wasn't one of those scam calls waiting for me say "Yes" and trying to sock me with some sort of charge for something. I'm usually pretty good about not answering any calls except from those names/numbers I know. But my guard was certainly down on this one! :-( Lesson learned...again.
I got a call from a woman asking for a donation for cancer research. She was insistent that I donate today by credit card, that they needed the money as soon as possible. I told her I would donate by check or not at all and when I receive the information I will check it out to make sure it is legit. I'm pretty sure it is a scam.
