Identified himself as Online Tech Support and was calling to fix my Windows PC. I said I had a Mac and asked it he could fix that instead. He just said thank you and hung up.
Got a call just now and strung him along for 31 minutes. We ended with my machine getting a BSOD and restarting he said he would call back in 10 minutes to try to get connected again using teamviewer. Hopefully i stopped him from contacting at least one or two other unsuspecting victums.
This dumbass told me I had a virus on my computer that I JUST BUILT. I asked him how he knew I had a virus and he couldn't tell me. I then pretended like I worked for a IT company and convinced him that I had his IP address and was going to DDOS him, dude hung up so quick.
Extremely heavy accent took a while to figure she was saying she was calling to help with computer. Told her I didn't have one. She was rather outraged. My phone number is new to me and no one has it, yet so might have been previous "owner"
