Who called from 2082271656

I had a man call from this number and when I answered he says "Oh I think there is something wrong with my phone, I will have to call you back".

hung up when answered

1st call: Male. Said "Oh, there is something wrong with my phone.." and then hung up.

2nd call: Female. A minute after the first call. She was trying to sell something to do with housing. I said we're on the "National Do Not Call Registry".

She said "Oh, we;ll put you on ours." Then hung up.

Same thing- get the call, a man says there is something wrong with my phone-will call back. Did not pick up second time.

Got a call from this number representing a helath insurance company.  Wanted personal information to send in to get a quote.  I asked them to send me somethin gin writing that I could reply to them with a phone call and she "oh no not necessary, it will only take two minutes".  I told her I had to go and then hung up.
