The Idaho State Police does not make calls soliciting donations.
HOWEVER, The Idaho State Police Association, an association whose members are Idaho State Police Troopers and employees, does contract with Civic Development Group (CDG) to make fundraising calls.
You can go to www.ispaonline.org to see the association's official website. If you click on "Fund Raising" on the left menu, it takes you to a page with a sample pledge kit. It also lists a toll free telephone number you can call to verify if the call actually originated from them.
This number is the State Troopers trying to get people to donate money for whatever is on the agenda at the time. They have called me several times. This not a scam either I have donated a few years in a row
