Crap! I've been emailing her to rent my spare room in WA state. Glad I googled her email and found this. I was suspicious of her bad grammar and saying she's Canadian-American. I will have to tell her I found someone.
Did she suggest movers bring her things before her arrival? I think that is how she tried getting over on me. She wanted me to deposit the checks, and then withdrawal money that isn't real to give to a strangee, maybe someone she has posing as a moving man? Even still, she is doing this all over the country. She can't know people everywhere so maybe not? Maybe it is identity theft. Either way, wish I would have thought of this and did it myself, why doesn't someone just play along? Say the Monet is deposites and everything is all good? Then wait to see if Ans when she plans having someone cone pick the money up, and have the police waiting. That's what I'd love to see happen
