Thank you for emailing me. I know it is very important to know about the person looking to rent. So this is a little about me, I am Ann kathleen Cartier, a sane, respectful, neat, quite, working, 27 yo female, dad's from canada and mom from Idaho, before my high school i lost my mum and my dad 4 years ago which saddens when i think about it everyday, please i am just letting you know, no pity.
I am an occupational health Nurse and my job is about educating people/staffs on treatment, follow-up and referrals. I am very respectful of others' space and opinions, normal lady and i live normal no drama, I am friendly, understanding and a good listener,  I do like spend my free days relaxing or out, I strive for a drama free environment. I am quiet, down to earth and easy to get along with, i'm pet friendly but do not own one, nor do i plan on having any but i would be okay if you have any, I clean up after myself, I do not do drugs, smoke, drink nor keep late nights. I respect rules and values too and would appreciate same from anyone i'd be living with.
I just got back and i am presently in Idaho, and i am looking for change and do things on my own. I also just had this breakup, one that i didnt expect at all, I am just looking to concentrate on myself for now and i hope i rent from or room with a great, responsible person.
About work, I just pray i rent from a good person and am looking to secure a place so i start looking around for something physical at hospitals there. I am financially sound, as i do online work too, so paying rent on time will never be a problem as i will also be making the rent fee as at when due and my uncle will serve as reference also as financial backup if required
I should let you know that i learned yoga for 6months in india and i planned teaching it, so i'll be looking at space rental too, i will never bring it home if you object to it. Also i am planning of making dvds too, after i settle down though.
I choose to tell you all about me as i dont do drama and i need to rent as soon as possible, so please email me back if you are looking to rent out now, pictures of me will be attach in the next email, let me know if  i am someone you'd like to rent to. I have a room for rent in Reno, Nevada. And got EXACTLY the same message from [email protected] this morning. I was very surprised with her gramma, but replied, told her some rent details and specifically mentioned that my real estate agent will be dealing with all paperwork, credit and background checking, etc. Did not give her any contact names or phone numbers yet. And I've got a reply! See below. This is beyond any stupidity!

I really dont know how to move on, I would have loved to see the place and meet with you before anything, i do not think i would be able to fly down there and come back here to finish the things i have left to do, so any information would help, I believe that the people that are around us matters most and you can be rest assured that i am with good values, My pictures are being attached in this email.
I wouldnt want to loose the place for anything else, am just looking to secure a place now and start with my moving preparation and I would be able to give you a move in date and other information you may required and I do want you to know that i have a dresser, computer table, kitchen utensils and 2 big luggages and my car that i would love to come with, do let me know if they will fit or i should leave them behind, but my Toyota Camry would be, because i just bought it. I do not smoke, drink nor have a ever been around drugs. I'm pet friendly but do not own one, nor do i plan on having any but i would be okay if you have any. I have a clean record too. Its fair you know that my dad was from canada, and mother from here, they are both late, lost my mother recently.
