he called this a/m and when i told him my husband was in the field, he said he'd call his cell phone. I called my husband and told him not to ans. the phone, and promptly forwarded this ace phone # to the movie hotline!..so now when ever he calls back, he'll know what movies are playing...
These people get your business phone number off the internet or through your state licensing board, and call you trying to sell you tools, air hoses, etc, etc. They will send you merchandise even if you tell them no, then they will continue billing you for the merchandise that you did not order. They will ignore anything you try to tell them, and threaten to sue you and ding your credit if you don't pay. I have turned them into my State Attorney General's office for consumer protection, and the Better Business Bureau. I will not pay these people one dime, and no one else should if they have this happen to them. If they call you, as soon as you discover who they are, hang up the phone.
Now they are using a private number to call. They call every morning around 8:05. If the call is not picked up, they will call again once every hour. I finally picked up this morning and the woman asked to speak with my husband. I told her we were not interested in buying anything from them. She hung up. Our landline provider (we are in Calgary, Alberta) suggested blocking all private numbers. What a pain! Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to stay in business.
