Called our DNC registered landline on 10/29/2014 @ 02:28 PM from Emmett, ID. Caller ID shows Encore. No message was left.
Encore recently called from another number. This number joins the other on the Blacklist.
I have also gotten calls from Merch Svcs in the past.
I just checked Caller ID and it shows
(724) 624-8258 which is a spoofed number because my phone records show the number that got me to this page.
(208) 398-4565
(724) 624-8258 is another number used by Encore in Beaver Falls, PA. Obviously they were calling from (208) 398-4565 in Idaho while posting their Pennsylvania number to Caller ID.
Previously Blacklisted number called our DNC registered landline on 11/14/2014 @ 11:23 AM from Emmett, ID. This time Caller ID shows Merch Services instead of Encore.
Last week I got daily calls from Encore in Pennsylvania (208) 398-4565. I had freed up a few of my 32 Blocks on Optimum and permanently Blocked (208) 398-4565. So they switched back to this number which will be blocked momentarily. I'm sure they have a backup number to call from, but this is the last time I'll be on this thread.
