Optimum blocked the call from Merchant Services, but it still showed up on my phone records. That's unusual. Normally once blocked, there is no record of future calls. 12/03/2014 @11:31 AM. A second call from this number came a minute later.
At the same time as the first call, Encore which is the same company also placed a call and was blocked. I got slammed with 3 calls from from sister companies in 2 minutes all to our DNC registered landline.
Rec'd call from 208-398-4565 caller ID shows Merch Serv. Picked up call and hung up immediately - no time for their fast talking B.S. Not 30 seconds later did a call come in from 713-714-5829 ENCORE which I picked up and hung up on as well.
They can call all they want and I won't answer! NOT INTERESTED - SCAMMERS!
too many calls from this number.....they don't hang up when my answering service answer for a recorded message...they hang on and use up space on my answering machine. After these calls, I have not room on answering machine for legit calls to leave message....I am on the DNC list....why can they do this and get away with it....we should be addressing these issues/problems rather than whether a flag should be taken down or not.....
