I have gotten so many of these types of calls lately. I check to see if it is another one of the scam phone numbers then block that phone number. Eventually maybe I'll have them all blocked (I can only hope).
I was using Google performing a search of my name and I came across this lead. I did indeed work for this company for three months. Health and Life Associates is a real company that sells health and life insurance via the internet and phone. With Obamacare regulations, many people intend on using the healthcare.gov website to sign up for Obamacare. Instead, they accidentally sign in to healthcare.com. This mistake gets your information generated as a lead that call centers all across the country purchase and then sell to insurance companies like Health and Life Associates. Your lead could be purchased from anywhere between $15-$35 per lead. The call center continues to call you until they get you on the phone. They will then pre-qualify you and patch you through to the next company in line who is paying for the leads. Health and Life Associates itself is not a scam. I no longer work there but I did want to ease you mind to let you know why you keep getting calls.
