I get calls from this number and from 208-416-5481 they do not tell me who they are or provide any information regarding what they say I owe. They only thing they want is my credit card number and my place of business. Today they called my daughter and my son-in-law in Seattle, and my sister in Wisconsin. These people put the fear into my family, crossed the line now. When my sister asked them how they got her number, they refused to answer. I am pretty sure that this practice is in violation of the law. How do we get them to stop. I will pay debt if proof is provided but they refuse. Told me that I would get the proof after I paid the debt off or went to court. Take me to court, if I owe it, I will pay a judge. I never answer their calls, I save all their voice mails. I have voice mails from last year that were actual threats. Today I am calling the Attorney General in Idaho and filing a formal complaint, this has to stop.
Keep getting a call from " Heidi " asking me to "Please give me a call back. My number is 208-498-1425" but the caller ID is 208- 463-4600. Probably a debt collector but I wish I knew who was bugging me.
These idiots don't seem to understand the concept of a wrong number. They've been calling me for nearly a year now almost daily. When I got a rep on the line I let him know they had the wrong number he asked me to hold while he transferred me to get my number removed from their list. I got transferred to their "hung up on me" department instead. Worst part is I cant even find out who it is without paying for it on one of the many "free" lookup sites and they don't include a name in the auto-call message when they call, just who their looking for. At most I've found freely they are somewhere in Nampa, ID and the number is carried by Qwest. I'd love to know more if possible, might pursue harassment if this crap continues.
09/28/12 A Lisa phoned & asked for our mgr. Said her company is CBI, and requested we return a call to 208-498-1440. She was polite. Another site identifies 208-463-4722 as Collection Bureau Inc in Nampa ID & says some company has turned you over to a collection agency. They recommend phoning to set up payment arrangements or they'll garnish your wages.
