They are the most rude and unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. Just a bunch of rude children. I feel sorry for them. There techniques of harassment is why they will fail.
It is Banfield hospital collections. They have a monthly plan service for your pet, my CC number changed and i didnt bother to change it since i didn't want their services any longer. Its not a contracted service, so I figured it would automatically cancel. NO! It was sent to collections.... they call me EVERYDAY a few times. very annoying.
My situation is the EXACT same situation as yours, except the pet I had the insurance for died a month after I got the insurance. When I got a new credit card, I also did not share it with them. I just put them on my "ignore/blocked" list. I think if they can't help your pet, (mine died!) they should let you cancel the remaining insurance.
Same situation here. I am no longer using Banfield services so i will not pay for it. They keep calling me. Why should i pay for a service that is not being used!
