Hi, I'm Aaron. I'd like to put these fictitious claims to rest. Despite what is posted here, my Ebay selling performance speaks for itself. I have a positive feedback rating of 99.2%, with a total of 116 positive transactions, with only one negative feedback coming from the original poster of these claims. I am both a Power Seller, as well as a Top-Rated seller, who constantly achieves 5 star ratings. The person who posted these claims wanted a refund as they didn't receive the product in time to give as a gift, due to me leaving out the charger in the original shipping package, which was shipped and a $20 refund given shortly after for the hassle. The Ebay buyer, who I will not name as I am a reputable person, was unhappy and wanted a full refund, which I was happy to give as long as the product was shipped back to me. I never received the product, or even the tracking number to locate the product and it seemed to me the user was the one trying to rip me off, but because of the user's antics such as posting fake claims such as these and fake advertisements, I eventually gave in and took the loss and refunded the rest. There were no scams of stealing money, no theft rings, just an overly unhappy Ebay user who lost both Ebay and Paypal claims they initiated due to me following all proper selling guidelines. Ebay is a reputable marketplace and transactions are overseen with great detail. It is unfortunate that someone would go so far to write dishonorable and fictitious claims like these that are made transparent on the web. However, nothing can be done to remedy the situation, except explain what actually occurred and continue to be the respectful and reputable Ebay seller that I am. Feel free to check out my listings at www.highlyorganics.com. Thank you!
