Who called from 2086439167

I've been getting the same recorded messages and even tried to call back and it was absurd. I reported them to the FCC

I did same, reported to the FCC & the attorney general.

I have received the same message multiple times.

why do these people keep calling and threaten me with warrants to have me arrested.. I told them to come get me
they call my cell home phone never heard of them.......never gave me there name

Received message from a woman saying 2 charges will be filed against me in my county due to fraudulent activity and that I have the right to respond before I am served. If I do not respond and I am served I fore fit my legal rights....I thought when you are served, you are then given a chance to address the charges (file a response) and/or you appear in court and address them there,etc. sounds strange.  No company or government office given, just says division of process and summons.
