I spoke to a person and when I asked if it was regarding a card that I currently hold and she literally hung up on me??? These people need to be investigated. Not sure how they got my cell #.
Also, I went to the National Do Not Call site and filed a complaint against this number. Everyone on this page should do the same only takes a couple of minutes...Teamwork!
AT&T wireless customer, don't distribute the phone number, but strange number called. Recording claimed to be from "card services" and to "press 1" for lower interest rates. Didn't press, and just hung up. Sounds like they hang up after you press 1 - chances are that they bill you for the call, or are trying to create some sort of a database of private cell numbers for future marketing blasts.
They called my cell phone, I did not answer. I only give my cell # out to friends and family. I use my landline for all others. How did they get my cell #?
