Just received the call on my cell. Canned message says Card Services ",,... nothing wrong with my credit cards... but this is last notice I can reduce my interest rates." Pushed 1 to talk with a live operator. Asked her who she was, the name of her company, and where she was. She answered by saying "Do you really think I'm that stupid?" I asked "so you won't give me the name of your company?" She just said "have a nice day" and hung up.
I have TMobile cell.
Seems like the phone companies could find out who issued the 208-705-3788 number and do something about it.
I'm not sure what their game is and what they do with your number once you answer.
