Did not answer, my cell phone is on Sprint. Not too long ago at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in St. Louis, I gave a Verizon rep my cell phone number for a chance at a seat upgrade. I don't know if this is related or not, but I would hope that Verizon, or the marketing company, wouldn't sell that number to anyone.
Submit a complaint to the FCC as well. (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm) Robocalling cell phones is also against the law, whether your number is on the do not call list or not.
