This number looks like a pyramid number, if the person completes the prompts the scanner will know the number is an active phone and will then sell the number to telemarketers
This "company" is a complete scam. They have called me and a fellow co-worker. The company is attempting to take advantage of people by offering to lower your credit card interest rates.
