The phone number (208)736-4713 appeared in my caller ID. The caller said she was from "Consumer Services" and was offering to lower my credit card interest rate. Looking up that number it is actually assigned to the Idaho State Insurance Department of Twin Falls, but when you try to call it back you get the message that the call can not be completed as dialed. These lowlifes are actually spoofing an Idaho state government number. Blocked 'em even before I did any investigating.
