Yes, I received a harassing phone call from this number at 7:30 this morning, that left a gibberish message of how to "lower my interest rate, " and warned me that this was my "last offer."
Can anyone explain why these idiots call and hang up/don't say anything/act like a fool? I don't get it. I don't answer the call and put on Block Caller list.
