Yes, I received a harassing phone call from this number at 7:30 this morning, that left a gibberish message of how to "lower my interest rate, " and warned me that this was my "last offer."
Called my cell 2 times back to back. I was on another call and didn't answer. They left a voice-mail but said nothing. I called back and the number immediately disconnected.
Got a call to lower my credit card rates. Asked if i have a visa/master. I said, yes, but which one. They couldn't answer that. So I said, I only have an AMEX card. The person then ask what my AMEX card number is so he can verify the info in his computer. So, I said "No" and then asked him to tell me what he has on filed and that's when he hung up. It's a scam!!
