Who called from 2088061846

I have received 5 calls in the last hour and half.  Each time I answer, each time it says waiting for the next available operator... then THEY hang up.  Stupid and time consuming and very very annoying. Called back was an answering machine calling themselves "outreach calling"

I keep receiving calls from this number.  I do not answer.

Received 3 calls within 30 minutes.  Answered last one and a recording was saying wait for next available operator - I hung up.  Caller ID shows call from Ketchum,Idaho.........VERY annoying.

I'm still getting these calls...in the past 2 days recieved 15 calls.  Now I'm getting calls from 863-646-6129 in the same frequency........what is going on!!!!

I answered that 863-646-6129 number and the person identified himself as Allied Warrenty, and said that their records show that I have an auto warrenty that is about to expire. I asked what kind of car the warrenty is on and they said that they didn't have that information. I asked again and was told their screen was broke. I told them if they don't know what kind of car it is, they don't know anything, and hung up.
