Same as all the other responders. Caller said this was a public service announcement that I was paying too much for my car insurance, and to press 1 for more information. Hung up as soon as I heard that.
this is an independant auto/home insurance company claiming to be based in the Idaho Falls area, apparently trying to find potential customers the old-fashioned way by cold-calling, however they're apparently using a third-party company to make the initial contact and then patching you through to their actual rep.
