No one ever on the other end of the line. If this is a collection agency they are calling the wrong number, I have never had anything in any collection agency in my life.
We don't know who or what is on the other end of this number because daily, we get multiple calls from computers. It's most likely or political calls because we are getting a lot of those the closer it gets to election 2012. According to our caller ID, this one has been calling our home every day at 9AM lately.
They have a ton of different phone numbers throughout the U.S. and call at all times, normally not leaving any message. Almost all of my unwanted calls can be traced to these a$$holes. If you try calliing back any of their numerous numbers you will hear "thanks for calling, your call is very impoortant to us. All calls will be monitored for quality assurance." This message goes on repeatedly but no real person ever answers.
