No one ever on the other end of the line. If this is a collection agency they are calling the wrong number, I have never had anything in any collection agency in my life.
my 11 y/o daughter just got a tracfone less than 2 weeks ago and has missed calls from this number and multiple other 'questionable' numbers.. I think tracfone must sell all the numbers they assign... ugh...
I'd say someone either had that number in the past or made up a number that just happened to be assigned to your daughter's phone. Honestly, I don't know if there is any way to stop it - they have been harassing me for a while. And they has so many numbers from all over the country... My advice - if you don't know the number (esp if it's not a local area code), just ignore the call. Sorry I can't help more... :(
